Agustín is Argentinean, he was sail instructor at the Yacht Club Argentino (YCA), start to sail very young between Rio Paraná in São Pedro and Rio de La Plata in Buenos Aires, including races in Uruguay and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). Agustín was part of the Plan B crew crossing the Atlantic and worked in the preparation before departing as well, from Gran Canaria to Panama. He is a nice guy and enjoys sail too much and meet people.
Tony, born in Barcelona, studied at the cooking School in his city. His cuisine, based mainly on fresh food and seasoned at its right point, makes your palate completely awake. He has traveled through different regions of Spain adding inspirations and although in love with Mediterranean cuisine worked in France, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Morocco, Costa Rica, to reach the Caribbean. Tony is very nice and friendly and puts his energy into the food.
